Open House & School Tour Grades TK-8 11:15 AM-12:30 PM Please register in advance.

February 13

New Family Application for Admission due.

February-March

Applicants will be scheduled for an assessment to ensure student readiness, appropriate grade level placement and that St. James School can meet the needs of the student. In addition, each prospective student and/or their parents will be interviewed by the Principals.

March 20

Letters are mailed to all applicants regarding Admission Status. All accepted applicants begin the registration process.

March 27

New Family Registration Agreement due.

April and ongoing

Families on waiting list are contacted if openings are available.

May and ongoing

Applications for Admission continue to be accepted if openings are available.
