Application for Admission due.

February-March

Applicant Assessments Scheduled

Applicants will be scheduled for an assessment to ensure student readiness, appropriate grade level placement and that St. James School can meet the needs of the student.   In addition, each prospective student and/or their parents will be interviewed by either the Vice Principal or Advancement Director.

March 11

Letters are mailed to all applicants regarding Admission Status. All accepted applicants begin the registration process.

March 22

Family Registration Agreement Due.

April and ongoing

Families on the waiting list are contacted if openings are available.

May and ongoing

Applications for Admission continue to be accepted if openings are available.
